What year is my CA95E?

This is an early 60's model I think. But I am looking to get a title in order to sell it. The stamping on the engines reads CA95E-5002464? It was my grandfather bike and he passed away several years ago and there is no paperwork so I need to know what year it is. Any help would be appreciated.
