I have been devouring all the threads. I think it will be ok.

My question is-- How do I remove the plastic lever cover on the shut off on my "spare" petcock and install it on my "good" petcock? Looks like it just slides up and over the lever.

I am gonna scream if I bust it!!!

Also- should I begin ebaying or trading off my massive pile of "spare" parts once I am SURE I don't need this or that for the build or just sit tight on my sack of seeds. You guys know best.
 I will definitely save any parts I will need if the wife dumps it

Got a sweet original paint parts bike I aint gonna use. (no title, but could possibly aquire, if determined)

PS- where can you find a set of crash bars for these? I think maybe she wants them. It will be her very first bike at age 51 after 35 years of me trying. She loves it!

Sell the parts here!

I think Spokes has a set of crash bars.

As for the petcock knob... it might break removing it. Only one way to find out!

Am I the only one that has foot placement issues with the crash bars? They look good, but when I apply the brake, my toe sometimes drags on the bar, making it awkward to use the back brake.

I think the plastic lever cover is supposed to be permanent. Bust with caution.
