That's a sweet parts bike right there. I would be really surprised if it were a 1962 model though. I think the only way to tell is by looking at the pattern on the tank pads or by the shape of the muffler.

  • Tank Pads: Stars vs a chevron pattern.
  • Mufflers: Rectangle enclosure vs round.

The down pipes don't sweep back as much on the early one.
The fact that it seems to have a rev counter gearbox, It's an early one.

Another way to tell is the fender struts. Early ones aren't squared off for winkers. Same goes for the CA77.
