Post by VegeKev »

Hey,

Just thought I'd share what the next resto is...a 68' CL125 K0...basically a CB92 with 'off-road' stuff... ;)

Kev :)

Very nice looking little bike. Looks like the pipes are in good shape, too.

Looks like everything is there should be a neat bike when done. We don't see that model here (at least I haven't). I envy you one project at a time guys...

Not a Benly Kev and deffo not a CB92. :D
The bottom end is similar to the Benlys and that's where it ends.
In the UK, we had a version of it called the SS125, a single carb motor in a pressed steel frame. (not the Benly frame)
In other countries, there were scambler versions, same motor and frame but with scrambler type bars and up swept pipes/exhaust.
Later versions came with twin carbs and tubular frames like the one that you have.
Good luck with the refurb Kev.

Sam. :)
