Does it unscrew clockwise or counter-clockwise? I am about to attempt to break it loose to replace oil seals.

counter clockwise to loosen.

Thanks, the reason I asked is that this bolt is also used to turn counter clockwise when setting up timing.........

The bolt that goes into the rotor >>>
