turn signals?
well, i don't have 'em. and was curious as to how to install 'em. what would i have to do as far as the harness, switch etc. . . .
See my turn signal album for some custom work that I have done in the past. Also check my CA95 & CA160 albums for more examples.
I run my signal wire seperate from the harness. The hardest part is where to hang the turn signal lights.
Basically the wiring goes like this:
Fused (10amp) hot wire to the (6V) turn signal flasher relay. (one contact)
From 2nd contact on the flasher relay-run the hot wire to a 3 position switch ( I use an aftermarket switch (Flanders Part#401-68900)
Run both rear signal wires through the frame to the headlight bucket. Marry the front signals to the rear signals and power each with the switch wire dedicated to left or right.
