I had to replace the front brake cable just a few weeks ago. I guess I got lucky and found the part in great shape on eBay. Not having such good luck with the clutch cable, though. The cables currently listed on eBay are all for pre-64 model years. My bike's a 66...anyone have insight as to the difference in cables and where I might find one for a 66?

I've had good luck with Motion Pro for custom length cables.

The grey rubber on after market ones are horrible; it disintegrates in less than a year.

I am pretty sure the one clutch cable extra I have is for the 65 (which fits the 66) ca95. I think it's a new old stock. PM me with a address and I will send it to you. If it fits..$20 to the church basket or a charity that feeds the hungry.

I did end up getting my horn mounted - had to re-drill the mounts on the horn, and I painted the housing silver. Fun note - when I took it apart the first time, the diaphragm is made from a coke can! Gotta love those Thai parts.
