Thank You Spokes and BytheLake:
Yes, I am assembling it just like this diagram. Sorry I didn't post pics. I will post them when I am back home Tuesday. The crank assembly is out of the 125cc three main engine. I think they are model CB92 but I could be wrong. I looked at Oaky's Garage Youtube of his and looked put together like a CA95. I did something today that. I am kind of afraid to admit to without getting some feedback on the idea first. But here goes:
I figured if the flywheel was binding against the sprocket instead of seating against the taper of the crankshaft why not just swell the flywheel hole a little to tighten the fitment? I figured we are dealing with 10,000th's of an inch. (I have a hard time thinking in metric). I took my punch and gave it a little tap with my brass hammer at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. I slipped the flywheel back on the crank and it took care of it, no binding! This sounds like a pretty crude attempt, but, I took the flywheel back off and looked through the hole and there was no visible sign of distortion. I stuck my finger in there and couldn't feel any either. So, I believe those four little taps where enough to tighten up the fit. I torqued the flywheel bolt and still, the sproket is now working perfectly.
