A great sentiment, no matter what side of the pond you're on.

Thanks to all who've provided guidance, comments, and smiles. I'm truly thankful to be a part of this little gang.

Happy Holidays to All. May you and yours have a prosperous 2012.

You can nab the Santa pic off the forum.

Scroll down to the Santa ad.
Make sure the curser is on the ad
click the right mouse button (or right button on the laptop)

A menu will pop up. Select "Save As" Pick a place to save it on your computer.

That's it!

You can also crop or change the look of the pic in Windows Paint!

Merry Xmas to All!

Yep, Spokes is correct ... just right-click and 'save as...'. I have no higher resolution version of the Santa Ad, just that one that I put on my basement web server and linked to here.

Happy holidays everyone I am up in Detroit visiting the little lady's family for Christmas. I am very glad there's no snow on the ground up here.

When doing right click saves make sure the extension is .jpg or .bmp if not type it at the end of the name and select save as all file types, if it is listed as .xml etc. it will open your browser to the picture or basically save it as a link instead of actually snagging the picture.

Cheers!

I'm in Detroit at the moment, too. I am also very disappointed that we don't have our Michigan snow yet. I'll be headed back north in 2 days, where the beautiful snow has just fallen.

Lake be careful on the roads it seems people around here in Detroit merge like they are testing water temperature, they stick their toe in to see if the lane is warm while you're in it. Side swipe central.

We Detroit-born midwesterners have sorta always interpreted traffic rules more as "guidelines". Try I-696 someday ... where local customs prohibits speed limits and turn signal use. :D I still work in Detroit Monday-Friday, and on the surface streets its common to see people run red lights all day long. Many don't even slow down. Just not enough police to control it.

Much quieter in my northern Michigan town, where I typically don't see another vehicle for days at a time. :)

Merry Christmas everyone! I'm sure glad all this madness will be coming to an end and our schedules will be back to normal allowing for more work in the garage soon. :D Glad to have the gang here and our new friends as well.
