Took my Benly out for its first ride.

Well folks, after 2 years of waiting, I finally got to take the Benly out on the road yesterday.

Surprisingly, aside from a couple glitches, it all seems to be working okay. The right cylinder stopped smoking so bad, so I think that it had a little carbon that needed speed to get out.

The two issues noticed during my ride:

1) The neutral indicator tends to stay on when the transmission is in 2nd
and
2) A little stalling at idle near the end of the ride

For #2, I suspect my plugs are a little fouled, as they've been there since I started working on the engine, including when I had to burn off oil to get the right cylinder rings reseated, so I'll be getting some new ones soon.

As for #1 - is it possible to "tweak" the neutral switch engagement a little?

Congrats CompWiz. It sure is nice to get them out especially after some time off. Mines only been down a month or so and I'm itching to get it back out again. It should hopefully refire tomorrow.

Best of luck to ya. I picked up some new plugs from the Honda dealer (NGK racing version, same heat level), and it started right up no problem on them.

I'm going to have to invest in a spark plug cleaning unit. I also have a two-stroke I'm working on, and they like to foul plugs.
