Help needed

Post by Sam Green »

To put it quite simple, I need to know of any good Honda parts suppliers that have a web site where I can dial in a parts number to find the parts that I need, are there any good businesses in the States that offer this service.
I know that web sites have been mentioned in the past but can't remember all the names, please help me out guys.

Sam. :)

Off the top of my head, you can try Ohio Cycles
They have 3 different catalogs - NOS Honda, Repro & Aftermarket, and Used Honda.
I haven't used them, but I've heard good things.

Thanks for that but they only have a inventory list.
Looking at their prices for similar models it's not worth looking any further.
I need a site where I can dial in a parts number to see if they have it in stock.
Thanks for your help, much appreciated.

My apologies, I was under the impression that they only list it if they have it.
I also found this guy:

Not sure how expansive his collection of parts is, but he does let you drop honda part numbers in and it does show if he has it in stock.

Sam:
I figure you've probably already done this, but I've had surprisingly good results just googling the part number and having sellers come up.

Sam Green: These folks http://www.ohiocycle.com/ have been in classic Honda parts business for 40 years. Call or email them with a part number and they will respond...very good and not incredibly expensive. They claim to be the largest classic Honda parts dealer in the USA.

Here is Steverinomeiste recommendation..which I am sure you have seen:

Call Terry he very helpful and knowledgeable. I called with a list of parts to do a top overhaul and he had everything but wrist pins which he could get. It's always a good idea to call to check inventory though.
