Interesting! Sure looks like a CA95 tank other than the front mounts. Do the chrome side covers from your other tanks fit it properly?

Or the float is bent a bit and is hanging up on the side of the float bowl. Or stuck in some sediment to the bottom...

Round Bulbs In Square Headlamps

So it must be just a C95 thing to have a separate headlamp unit and bulb. Here are a few photos.

Headlight Bulbs

Both of my running Benlys are 1966 C95's, not CA95. All of the C95 headlights that I've seen have reflector/lens units with replaceable bulbs. I have only seen one that had the bulb sealed into it. Out of curiosity: were these bulb/reflector/lens sealed units only used on the CA95's? :confused:

I have read that the CA95 carbs had a power jet and the C95 carbs did not. Have never seen a CA95 carb, and the parts book does not list any thing like a "power jet". How does the power jet work? Would it affect the main jet size compared to the non-power-jetted C95 carb? :confused:

According to the service manual update the window was intended to provide easy access to the clutch cable to make it easier to remove & install. I don't have a spare, but the parts book lists that rectangular rubber filler piece as a "Cover, clutch", part # 11655-202-000.

By the parts book the standard main jet for a CA95 is #92. Standard main jet for the C95 is a #100. I have a pair of original C95 Benly's and the main jets are indeed #100.
While the above are the standard sizes, the parts book does list jet sizes #85 to #105 for the CA95, and jet sizes #90 to #110 ...
